Bought a car from Neath Abbey Cars back in January. Unfortunately, beginning of June had the clutch slave cylinder go on it. Luckily I took out their preferred car cover warranty, at a very reasonable price. Car was repaired by Neath Abbey Cars. Ryan was brilliant throughout the whole process. Appalling service from this so called car sales place. Turned up to view a car and it wasn’t even ready, the advert did not disclose some defects with the car that should of massively impacted the price as these would be expensive to fix, had I known about these I wouldn’t of even driven 2 hours to view the car. Highly recommend checking other local garages with a more professional service and actual quality cars.

Fantastic service from Ryan, I just bought a lovely Kia Rio 4 the car is a great drive, the condition was exactly as described, full service history, etc. I had a request before taking the car, it had 7 months MOT remaining and some advisories and I wanted them sorted and a full years MOT, he said if I paid a £100 more this would be done and it was. Now a full clear MOT. I would definitely use the garage again.

Avoid.trying to sell me moldy car saying is clean .paid deposit £ 200 drive 2 hrs one way to find out the car is nothing like he did say.the roof material was peeling off as it was so damp .seller was yealing at me the smell is in my head .he even came out with blody Flash bleach and cloth and was wiping off the mould and then said now will be ok ! Noooo is not ok he lied to me took my deposit and didint give me back !!!!! Avoid avoid avoid

Got the car. Bit disappointed that it was not prepared for sale like all garages do for a 6.5k car. All 4 wheels needed to be refurbished at a cost to me of over £400.00. Bad spill of white paint that should of been cleaned by garage before sale. Other than that friends dealer but car needed to be prepared for sale.

I was looking about different garages for a small car and I found a Hyundai i10, I contacted the dealer and arranged a viewing. I took the car for a test drive and was happy to buy so I put down a deposit to hold the car for me until I could collect. Happy with the service provided no pressure buying and Ryan got the car serviced for me after I noticed it was overdue when I collected the car.
